We are constantly working to provide the best for musicians of all ages, styles and preferences. After a long time of tweaking and tuning, we are now finally able to bring you the updated 2nd series of our most popular electric guitars - Snake, Destiny, and Space. They are now more unapologetic in style, yet more ergonomic and accessible (hello left-handed players!) in design. Let’s dive into the changes.
Headstock
The headstock is the first thing that catches the eye. The new shape features a distinctive cut out with a muted Henry’s logo. The angles are sharper, the lines are straight and confident. Familiar, but with more bite and attitude.
Neck joint
Previously, the bolt-on neck joint was straight and traditional. Some players felt that higher frets were harder to reach, especially during fast solos or expressive bends. The second generation introduces a sculpted, angled neck joint. It feels smoother, more ergonomic and far more comfortable when you climb up the fretboard.
Pickups
This is where the biggest shift happened.
Snake II runs an HSS setup with brand-new Henry’s Snakebite pickups built for players who like to switch styles mid-song. The bridge humbucker features a push push coil split, so you can flip from thick, driven tones to crisp single coil bite in a second. The middle and neck positions are loaded with powerful single coils that stay clear and punchy. Snake II moves smoothly from bluesy tears to metal grit, jazz warmth and raw rock crunch without losing its groove. Destiny II sticks to an SSS configuration with bold, expressive single coils signed Henry’s Realoud. The sound takes inspiration from classic 70s and 80s records, then pushes it forward with more clarity and output. Think familiar vintage flavour, but tuned for modern stages and studios. Space II comes with an SS configuration with Henry’s Supertwang pickups. It delivers that unmistakable tele snap and twang, tight on the low end and bright on top.
Design elements and finishes
Not every model changed the same way. Space Classic now comes with a matte body finish instead of the former gloss. Apart from lower weight and refreshed visual details, it stays true to its original character.
Snake steps on stage in bold new colours. The signature pink Boa now leans into fuchsia, louder and cheekier than before. You can also grab Snake II in fierce orange, bright white or sky blue. Each finish brings its own mood to the set.
Destiny saw the biggest shift in. The mahogany body is replaced with okoume, while the rosewood fingerboard switched to roasted maple. The result is a lighter feel and a snappier response. Destiny II also arrives in new red and yellow finishes.
Final cherries on top
All second-generation guitars feature circle inlays for a cleaner, timeless look. Like you’re used to, they undergo a thorough setup by our luthiers, so you can play right after unpacking. Speaking of the packing, each guitar now ships in a gig bag that keeps your instrument safe on the road and at rehearsal.
That's all when it comes to changes in our signature guitars. We are excited about the tweaks and updates and hope you will be too. We can't wait for your feedback!
