    Do you offer any guitars for left-handed people?

    Unfortunately not at the moment. But in September 2025 we will offer several Snake and Space models of left-handed guitars.

    Can I create an order with delivery outside the European Union?

    Yes, you can. Please use this form. We will then inform you with an individual offer.

    Can I return the instrument if it doesn’t suit me? What are the return costs?

    Absolutely. If the instrument doesn’t meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery without giving any reason, and we will cover the return shipping costs. Simply fill out this form to generate your own return shipping label, and drop off the instrument at a selected GLS Parcelshop. This way, you don’t have to pay anything for the return shipping.

    Are the instruments set up before shipping?

    Yes, every guitar is personally inspected and set up by our luthier before shipping to ensure it’s ready to play straight out of the box.

    Can I shomehow compare individual guitars?

    Yes. You can use the product comparator in the top menu for this purpose.

    Do you offer free shipping?

    Yes. When purchasing over 750 Euro you get free shipping via GLS.
