Description

Want to start playing digital piano or take your skills to the next level? Jr. INITI is an ideal starting point for beginners. It has 88 full-size, touch-sensitive keys that react naturally to your playing. Three built-in pedals help you control your sound with ease.

With 880 high-quality sounds and 200 rhythm tracks, you can explore all kinds of music styles. Add depth with built-in effects like reverb, chorus and vibrato. A metronome with nine modes helps you keep the tempo. You can also record your music, split the keyboard or combine two sounds for more creative play.

It also connects easily to your gear. Use Bluetooth to stream music or connect to learning apps. Two headphone outputs let you practice anytime without disturbing others. MIDI support opens the door to digital music production.

This digital piano is built with younger players in mind. It’s lighter and more compact than most digital pianos, so it fits better in smaller rooms and is easier to move around. The full dimensions are 136 x 31.5 x 74 cm and it weighs just 29 kg. The INITI is slightly lower than standard pianos, making it ideal for children who can comfortably reach the pedals, while still being snug for adults.

Henry’s Music UK - Shipping Policy  

Henry’s Music is operated by: 
Praha Music Center s.r.o. (Czech Republic) 
All orders are dispatched from our central warehouse in Louny, Czech Republic. 

We deliver exclusively to the United Kingdom and any territories listed during checkout. 

 

📦 1. Dispatch Times 

In-stock items 

  • In-stock products are usually prepared for dispatch within 2 business days. 

  • Dispatch time is counted from the moment payment is confirmed. 

Electric guitars – Luthier Setup 

  • All electric guitars include a final luthier setup before shipping. 

  • Typical setup time: 3–5 business days (may vary depending on workload, climate adjustments, or additional setup requirements identified during inspection). 

  • This setup service is included in the purchase price and may extend the dispatch time. 

 

🚚 2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times 

Orders are shipped from the EU using major international carriers such as FedEx, UPS, or equivalent services.

For customers in the United Kingdom: 

  • The price you pay at checkout is final. 

  • We cover all import duties, customs handling fees, and tax charges. 

  • No additional payment will be collected upon or after delivery.

 

🏠 4. Delivery Address Requirements 

Please ensure that the delivery address provided at checkout is correct and accessible. 

If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or refusal to accept the shipment, we may charge: 

  • storage fees: GBP 1/day (up to a maximum of GBP 30) 

  • wasted delivery or return shipping costs 

If the shipment is not claimed within a reasonable time after notification, we reserve the right to resell the items to recover incurred expenses. 

 

🔍 5. Inspecting Your Delivery 

After receiving your order, we kindly ask you to check for: 

  • any visible packaging damage 

  • missing items 

  • product defects 

Although not mandatory, reporting visible transport damage promptly helps us file a claim with the carrier. 

 

🛑 6. Restricted or Undeliverable Items 

Some products (e.g., battery-powered devices, or items containing regulated wood species) may be restricted for export. 
If delivery is not legally possible, we will cancel your order and issue a full refund. 

 

📦 7. Split Shipments 

Your order may be shipped in multiple parcels depending on:

You will pay only one shipping fee per order, regardless of the number of parcels. 

 

📬 8. Lost or Missing Parcels 

If tracking information indicates your shipment is lost or undelivered:

  • we will open an investigation with the carrier 

Claims must be filed within a reasonable time after the expected delivery date. 
A replacement or refund within 14 calendar days after the expected delivery date. A replacement or refund will be issued once the carrier confirms the loss.

A change of delivery address after checkout may not be possible, depending on shipment status. 
If a redirection or carrier modification incurs additional charges, we will inform you before processing the request.
